President Dos Santos sends message to Congo counterpart

Brazzaville, Brazzaville - A message from the chairman of the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) and Angolan head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, was delivered to the Congolese president, Denis Sassou-N'guesso, by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Rui Mangueira, during an audience. During the audience, Rui Mangueira was accompanied by the ministers of State Security of South African, Slyabonga Cwete and of Foreign Affairs of Namibia, Utoni Nujoma, who were part of the SADC delegation on a tour of African for support for the organisation’s candidate for the African Union Commission chair. The audience was also witnessed by the Congolese minister of State for Sovereignty and minister of Justice, Emmanuel Yoka, and the Angolan ambassador to Congo, Pedro Fernando Mavunza, and his South African counterpart, Manelisi Genge.
