The Angolan minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, Afonso Pedro Canga, said Wednesday in Matala municipality, southern Huila province, that the countrywide famine fight and poverty reduction programme being implemented by the Government since 2010 is yielding positive results in the communities.
