Population growth requires use of new techniques and tactics

Bailundo, Bailundo - The vice minister of Home Affairs for Civil and Fire Protection, Eugenio Cesar Laborinho said Tuesday in Bailundo district, central Huambo province, that it requires adoption of the new safeguard and fire fighting techniques and tactics to cope with local population growth and economy. The deputy interior minister was speaking at the inauguration of the local fire-fighter barrack. Eugenio Laborinho said that the Angolan government remains concerned about people's needs regarding their safety and protection of their property, especially under the rescue of victims resulting from traffic accidents.  Eugénio César Laborinho urged the local staff to fulfil their assignment with spirit of mission.
