Over 2,000 Unita Militants Defect to Ruling MPLA

At least 2,012 former militants of main opposition party UNITA in the city of Londuimbali, 92 kilometers north off Huambo city, joined in the last two years the ruling MPLA, after renouncing their former party for disagreeing with the political ideology of the defectors.
