[ANGOP]Sumbe -A new library, which is technologically better equipped, was inaugurated on Saturday in the National Oil Institute (INP) in Sumbe district, central Kwanza Sul province, in a ceremony led by the Minister of Petroleum, Botelho de Vasconcelos.
