National electoral commission holds information meeting

Angola, Luanda - The National Electoral Commission (CNE) promoted on Wednesday here an information meeting with civil society organisations, meant to stimulate the spirit of dialogue on the coming elections, set for August 31.Angop has learnt that the meeting aimed at informing people on the deeper and clearer tasks before, during and after the elections.The meeting was attended by representatives of national and foreign non-governmental organisations, chieftains and religious entities.The participants discussed themes related to CNE and its organs, Law on Electoral Observation, Code of Electoral Conduct and Campaign on Electoral Civic Education.
