Minister highlights most women in London Olympics

Angola,  Luanda - The Angolan mission to take part in the 2012 London Olympics from July 27 to August 12 comprise, for the first time, mostly with female athletes, within a total of 28 sports.This was confirmed by the Angolan minister of Youth and Sports, Gonçalves Muandumba, during an audience he granted to judoka Antonia de Fatima "Faia", as part of preparation for the event.The minister associated the fact to the growing sports in the female sector, wishing for success in a mission he considered difficult in all sports that will represent Angola.The sports include female basketball and handball, judo, swimming, canoeing, athletics and box, in addition to male basketball and beach volleyball.
