Minister concerned about number of early pregnancies

Luanda, Luanda - Angolan minister of Family and Women Promotion, Genoveva Lino Thursday expressed concern about the number of cases on early pregnancies in teenage, recorded over the past years in Angola.The Cabinet minister, who was speaking to Angop on the sidelines of the launch campaign for the prevention of cervical cancer, suggested a set of measures to solve these problems that afflict the society."Everything should start within the family and must be addressed through dialogue with the girls and boys on the issue", added the minister.According to her, early pregnancy affects mainly teenage girls and many end up losing their dreams.The minister said that the sector will work hard toward joint awareness campaign of families in order to reduce the phenomenon.
