Lev'arte movement holds national conference on literature

Angola, Luanda – The Lev’arte movement held this Saturday here its first national conference on literature, under the theme "More literature, more intellectual growth". Speaking to ANGOP, the executive secretary of the referred movement, Kiocamba Cassua, informed that the activity aimed at analysing the current state of the Angolan literature and plan new steps, as well as consolidating and giving incentives to those wishing to be writers. According to the executive secretary, after the conference, the movement wishes to create new steps to follow, such as the national reading plan, unveiling literature as a whole and continuing with the conference project, since it is an added value for literature. Members of the Angolan Writers Union (UEA), university lecturers and young poets attended the conference.
