Justice minister defends proximity of services

Lubango, Lubango – The Angolan minister of Justice, Guilhermina Prata,  Monday in Lubango, considered the principle of proximity of the sector’s services to citizens, seeking a speedier birth registration of children of up to five years of age, Angop learnt. The minister said so to the press, as part of her two-day work visit to southern Huila province, to assess the functioning of the sector in the region. The minister considers as important the implementation of the project, because it will make it possible to register children in areas of difficult access. She said it has been noticed that parents and guardians do not bother to register their children before they reach school age.
