Italy supports creation of language cathedral
Angola, Luanda - The government of Italy will support in 2012 the creation of a cathedral for official teaching of Italian language in Angola, announced on Monday in Luanda its ambassador, Giuseppe Mistretta. Speaking to the press at the end of a ceremony where 50 students received a diploma of basic, intermediate and advanced course of Italian language, the diplomat said that the cathedral will be created in the Catholic University of Angola. ‘’In the cathedral will be taught the language for free” said Giuseppe Mistretta. With the financial support of the foreign affair ministry of the European country the money will be available to buy the teaching material for all levels. Italy supports the implementation of several projects mostly linked to demining, education, culture and others.
