Human rights official defends need for new courts
Mbanza Kongo, Mbanza Kongo - The secretary of state for Human Rights, António Bento Bembe, defended on Thursday the need for the creation of municipal courts in the region, ANGOP has learnt.Bento Bembe said so to the press, after a four-day visit to Zaire Province, adding that there is also the need to improve work conditions in justice organs in the region, as well as increase the number of magistrates and staffs.During his visit, Bento Bembe toured the municipalities of Mbanza Kongo and Tomboco, as well as met with different representatives of the civil society.
