Governor inaugurates social infrastructures in Balombo

Benguela, Balombo - The governor of the southern Benguela Province, Armando da Cruz Neto, has inaugurated five social projects in Balombo District, during his two-day working visit to that locality. Armando da Cruz Neto inaugurated in Chingongo commune a police station, with six branches, two water systems (boreholes) installed under the Water for All Programme to cater for the localities of Lomety and Caluita. The governor delivered an ambulance to the Health Centre in Cafíndua locality, 30 km from the district’s chief commune, Balombo. Addressing the local population, Armando da Cruz Neto also pledged the construction of more infrastructures soon.
