Government to continue investing in construction of airports
Angola, Luanda – The Angolan Executive will continue to investi n the construction and modernization of airports of the country, so as to secure the mobility of people and goods throughout the national territory. This was said to Angop in Luanda on Monday by the Transport Minister, Augusto Tomás, in the ambit of programme for the rehabilitation and modernization of airports underway the country. “We are designing a new philosophy of organization, airport management and exploration that will define and integrate the best way the state should intervene in the coverage of exploration deficits of airports”, said the minister. According to him, the investments national airports should be analysed in the association of global strategy for the economic and social development of the country. He said that this huge national airport programme will contribute to break the isolation of many inland people, correct the regional differences, so as to boost the air load and thus materialise the tourism development plan of the country.
