General Commander checks intoxication situation in Cunene
Cunene, Ondjiva – The general commander of the Angolan National Police (PNA), commissioner Ambrósio de Lemos dos Santos, paid on Saturday a working visit to Ondjiva city in the southern Cunene province, aimed at learning about the phenomenon relating to the introduction of toxic gas in schools in some provinces of the country. During his arrival at Ondjiva city, Ambrósio de Lemos met the local Vice-governor for social and political matters, Jerónimo Haleyinge, after receiving welcoming greetings from senior officers of the Interior Ministry. The commissioner told ANGOP that public order police and school security brigade have been working hard in order to prevent and stop this kind of crimes, mainly in Cunene province. According to him, it is necessary to work in order find criminals who provoking this situation.
