Foreign Affairs minister ends visit to Israel

Tel avive, Tel avive – Angola's Foreign Affairs minister George Chicoti left Friday Tel avive, to Luanda, after a three-day visit to Israel, Angop has learnt. George Chicoti was received in an audience by the Mid-east country’s president, Simon Peres, to whom he transmitted a verbal message from the Angolan President, José Eduardo dos Santos. Both entities also analysed aspects related to the international situation and the desire of the Israel to be admitted as an observer member of the African Union, as well as analysed the situation in Angola, such as the forthcoming August 31, general elections. George Chicoti also debated with his colleague of Israel, Aigor Lieberman, matters related to the boosting of the co-operation in the domains of agriculture, health, science and technology and training of cadres.
