Expert points out factors of stress at work place

Luanda, Luanda – The risk factors of stress are linked to pressure at work, tight deadlines, qualification gaps, professional demand and sexual harassment. This was said to Angop on Wednesday in Luanda, the Brazilian Consultant of the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organisation (ILO), Luís Carlos Rocha. According to him, stress affects mostly members of legislating entity, senior staff of the public administration, government officials and experts of various sectors. Addressing the theme “Emerging Risk and New Prevention Models” in the workshop On “New Challenges of Safety and Health at Workplace”, Luís Carlos Rocha said that when someone overworks, this person may develop physical and mental health problems.
