Executive analyses law on territorial organisation
Luanda, Luanda – The Angolan Cabinet Council presented a draft law on territorial organisation, a diploma establishing the bases for the territorial organisation, as well as the structuring, designation and the progression way of the urban unit and of the population’s crowd. At an extraordinary session, led by the Angolan head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, the Cabinet Council appreciated also a presidential Decree that creates Cacuaco city centre and establishes its regime, as well as other diplomas ruling the organisation, the functioning and the urbanisation plan of that locality. This diploma was analysed under the initiatives of the Executive for resolution of the country’s housing deficit problem. Yet related to territory ordering matter, the Cabinet Council appreciated the draft-laws of the presidential decrees that approve the organic statutes of Luanda province, of the district administration of Luanda and of other districts, as well as of the ruling rates, licences and other district’s incomes. During the same session, held this Friday, at the Angolan capital city, the Executive approved the budget for 2012, the foment programme of the small and medium companies and the organic statutes of the Institute of Entrepreneurial Foment and of INAPEN.
