Ex-combatants minister calls for cohesion
Angola, Luanda – The Angolan minister of Ex-combatants and Veterans of the Motherland, Kundi Paihama, Tuesday in Luanda appealed for cohesion among those registered with the Federation of Former Combatants and Veterans of the Motherland (FACVPA), so the independence and integrity of the national territory are kept controlled. The minister was addressing the closing of the ceremony of proclamation of FACVPA that chose the commander-in-chief of the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA), José Eduardo dos Santos, to be its president. Kundi Paihama on the occasion appealed for cohesion in the fight for the dignification of the members of the federation. He said the former combatants have the responsibility and duty to ensure national independence and territorial integrity.
