Defence Minister Considers HIV/Aids a Threat to Soldiers

The Angolan minister of Defence, Cândido Pereira Van-Dúnem, Tuesday in Luanda considered the Hiv/Aids as a threat to the health of the soldiers as draftees are people in risky age.
