Communicologist highlights works for children, young people
Luanda, Luanda - The communicologist Celso Malavoloneke Wednesday in Luanda stressed the good quality of literary works published for children and young people. Speaking to the press on the topic "children-youth literature," Celso Malavoloneke said that the quality of the work is good. On the other hand, Malavoloneke recognised that the amount or number of the writers involved in the writing for children and youths and the number of copies of each work is still too low to meet all needs. According to the source, the high prices of the books discourage the reading habit by adults and children. He also noted that the incentive to the general and child-youth literature by the writers and readers is poor.Celso Malavoloneke said there was a good aesthetic creativity, rigor grammar and syntax by the writers who can and should be more and better utilised. "The State should lighten the tax burden for the books, so that trade prices become cheaper and attracts more readers, as well as wider dissemination of works in textbooks of primary education", said the communicologist.
