CNE Assesses Lack of Conditions for Voting Abroad

[ANGOP]Luanda -The National Electoral Commission (CNE), announced Thursday, in Luanda, that it concluded that there is the lack of human, material and logistic conditions for voting abroad, which could undermine the participation of Angolans in the diaspora in the August 31 general elections.
