CNE approves civic electoral education campaign strategy

Luanda, Luanda – The National Electoral Commission (CNE) Monday in Luanda approved the strategy for the civic electoral education campaign that involves the engagement of the organisations of the civil society of recognised reliability.  The information was released to the press by the CNE spokesperson, Júlia Ferreira, at the end of the plenary session of the organ. According to the official, the strategy defines the partnership with the associations and organisations that will be the main transmitters of the electoral message to the whole country. The CNE also approved the regulation for the functioning of its local organs tasked with organising, executing and leading the electoral process at local level, in line with the law contained in the Electoral Legislative Package. On other hand, Júlia Ferreira announced that the Ministry of Territory Administration (MAT) is transferring Tuesday in Luanda the Main Voter Registration Computerised File (FICRE) to CNE, as per the law.
