Banga district to get house construction project

Banga, Banga – The municipal administration of Banga in the northern Kwanza Norte province will benefit from  a 50-house construction project, to be concluded this year, aiming at guaranteeing better housing conditions for staff of the administration and local population. The real estate project will be implemented as part of the local programme to fight against poverty and rural development, based on the construction of 25 houses in Aldeia Nova commune and other 25 residences in Cariamba locality. Angop learnt that under the public investment programme of the administration of Banga district, three houses for communal administrators of Cariamba, Aldeia Nova and Caculo Cabaça, a conference room of the chief district and a five-classroom school are under construction. Speaking to Angop, the municipal administrator of Banga, Christovão João António said that it will also be built in the region a protocol residence with capacity to accommodate 50 technicians from the sectors of education and health, aiming to attract a greater number of professionals of those domains interested in working in Banga district.
