Authorities Prepare Return of Refugees From DR Congo

Angolan Welfare deputy minister, Maria da Luz Magalhães, Thursday, in Dundo, capital city of Lunda Norte province, assured that provincial authorities are preparing carefully the return of the refugees coming from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
