Angola lose to New Zealand, qualify for quarter-finals

Luanda, Luanda – The Angolan national senior males basketball team qualified for the quarter-finals of the pre-Olympics tournament in Caracas (Venezuela), despite they lost on Wednesday to New Zealand by 64-68, for group D’s third round. Angola finished second in standing with three points in a group won by Macedónia with three points. So, Angola will play Russia on Friday.
