Angola lose in Afrobasket final

Angola, Antananarivo - The Angolan senior males basketball team on Sunday lost 56-67 to Tunisia, in the final of the African Nations Cup (Afrobasket2011), which was hosted by Madagascar. With this result, Angola will have to participate in a pre-Olympics tournament to try to qualify for the 2012 London Olympics. This tournament is a second chance given to the second third placed teams in the Afrobasket competition, taken from each FIBA region, and in the end of the dispute the first and second placed are entitled to participate in the Olympic Games.
