Africans May Have Better Continent in Coming Years - Transport Minister

The Angolan Transport Minister, Augusto da Silva Tomás, said on Thursday in Luanda if ideas, plan, perspectives and programmes are materialised, Africans will have a better continent in 15 to 20 years, so as to compete with others in the future.
