ADRA analyses technical methods of community development
Huambo, Huambo - More than 35 technicians from the provinces of Benguela, Huambo, Huila, Luanda, Malange, assigned to the Non Governmental Organization Action for Rural and Environmental Development (ADRA) are participating in a training of methods for community development . The three-day training, aims to study and train technicians on community development, as part of the annual cycle, which began last January. During the meeting, participants will explore topics on the Process of Planning and Strategies of ADRA for a five-year period 2012/2016, deepening the methodology of work, including training in technical assistance to agricultural and livestock organizations, advocacy techniques and methodologies of modern rural extension. On the occasion, the provincial director for ADRA in Huambo, Maria de Lassallete stressed that the meeting also aims to prepare the technicians of the organization regarding to its integration in the new strategic plans of the institution.
