Acting governor of Luanda sworn in
Angola, Luanda - The acting governor of Luanda, Graciano Domingos, was invested on Friday here by the Minister of Territory Administration, Bornito de Sousa.The closed door ceremony took place on the premises of the provincial government of Luanda (GPL) and it was attended by vice governors, directors of ministerial departments, municipal administrators, assistants and other officials. Graciano Domingos is also the vice governor for administrative organisation matters.Graciano Domingos is replacing the former governor José Maria Ferraz dos Santos, who was fired out last Friday by the Angolan President, José Eduardo dos Santos.
