Abuja confirmed to host Nigeria-Angola friendly

Luanda, Luanda – The friendly game between the football teams of Angola and Nigeria initially scheduled for Cotonou (Benin) will be played on Wednesday in the Nigerian city of Abuja, said the chairperson of the Angolan Football Federation (FAF), Pedro Neto. The chairman of FAF announced the place after a meeting with the players where was discussed the situation about the prizes for the players during the CAN 2012 to be played from 21 January to 12 February in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea. Pedro Neto said also that he is in contact with national federations of Senegal and Sierra Leone to play them in a friendly game in the city of Cabinda. Angola is in group B with Burkina-Faso, Cote d’Ivoire and Sudan.
