Absence of Moral Values Causes Conflicts- Deputy Minister

Angola's deputy minister of Culture, Cornélio Caley, on Wednesday here said that non preservation of values of the Angolan culture is a source of conflicts, splitting of families, immoral attitudes and behaviours that have an influence on children's education, ANGOP has learnt.
