About 38 Groups to Attend 2012 Carnival in Cabinda

ANGOP (Luanda)-At least 38 groups will attend the central parade of the 2012 edition of the Carnival in northern province of Cabinda, the provincial director of Culture, Euclides da Lomba, announced Monday here.
