Angola Youth Programme To Build 2,000 Houses

Luanda, 04/12 - At least 2,000 social houses will be built countrywide under the Angola`s Youth Programme, said on Saturday the deputy Youth and Sports minister, Gonçalves Muandumba.

The government official was speaking shortly before his departure to the northern Uije province, where he will participate at the commemoration activities of national Youth’s Day, April 14. He added that the project will kick off on Monday.

Angola: Millions for School in Angola

Namibia will release about US$997 000 (N$8 million) for the construction and equipment of a primary school in Lubango, the regional capital of Angola's southern Huila province, the Angolan press agency Angop reported this week.

The school will have six classrooms, two residences and an office for the headmaster.

It will also have a playground for 420 students in two shifts.
