Governor considers exercise of voting rights act of peace, democracy

Angola, Ndalatando- The governor of the northern Kwanza Norte province,Henrique André Júnior, said Friday that the right of voting, apart from being an act of citizenship is also a contribution to the peace and democracy. After casting his ballot paper in the capital of the province, Ndalatando, the governor appealed to voters to abide by a civic attitude, harmony and not disturb the order.

Over 20 houses inaugurated in Bungo

Angola, Uíge – At least 25 residences, constructed in Bungo municipality, Uije province, were inaugurated on Friday, by the provincial director of family and woman promotion, Emília Dias Fernandes, Angop has learnt.The official did so on behalf of the local governor, Paulo Pombolo.Each residence has a bed-room, a sitting-room, a bath-room.
