Benguela, Benguela – A project to improve the urban infrastructure of Benfica neighbourhood, outskirts of Benguela ity, was launched this Saturday by the deputy administrator, Maria José Garcia. The facelift project will last 18 months to be concluded. Huila , Lubango - The Ministry of Energy and Water (MINEA) has said that it intends to build the Laúca Dam, in northern Kwanza Norte Province, to provide 5,000 Megawatts of its installed capacity by 2017, while the rehabilitating process of Cambambe and Matala Dams and the construction of central Cambambe II and Soyo are in progress. The information was released Friday in Lubango City, southern Huila Province, by minister João Baptista Borges, at the end of the 2nd Consultative Council of the sector.
