World Water Congress discusses Oil Fund

Angola, Recife – The creation of the Oil Fund is the conclusion of the Government as the best path to the rapid development and strengthening of the sectors of energy and water.This was said Thursday in the locality of Porto Galinhas, near the capital of the Brazilian State of Recife, by the national director for Water Supply and  Sanitation, Lucrécio Costa.Lucrécio Costa was answering questions at a session of the 14th World Water Congress taking place in the above mentioned Recife State.
