Angola, Luanda - A regulation that establishes the rules of producing, exporting, re-exporting and importing of substances that endanger the ozone layer has already got into effect since 15 June in the country, under the presidential decree nº 153/11. According to a press note from the Ministry of Environment, which reached ANGOP on Saturday, the decree forbids entrance into the country of substances whose elimination timings are set for 1996, 2002 and 2010.
