Luanda, Luanda – The Cabinet Council approved on Wednesday, the general guidelines aimed for drafting the State Budget for 2012, under the fiscal plans for next year. This plan was approved during the 5th Ordinary Session led by the Angolan President, José Eduardo dos Santos.
