Head of State appoints ambassador to Guinea Conakry

Luanda, Luanda – The Angolan Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, on Tuesday appointed Manuel Ruas to the post of ambassador to Guinea Conakry. Guinea Conakry is a west African country bordered by Senegal, Mali, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Sierra Leone and the Atlantic Ocean.  With an extension of about 246,000 square kilometres, Guinea Conakry’s population is of 10 million inhabitants.
