Archaeology museum suspends research work - Benguela , Lobito – Whale excavation works and research at Dungo 4-5 Archaeological Station, in Baia Farta district, central Benguela province, have been suspended, due to the lack of financial and material resources.

Namibe gains new hospital - Namibe, Namibe – The Government of Namibe province (southwest) is formally handing over the new maternal-infant hospital to the Health Ministry on Wednesday.The hospital with a capacity for 300 beds, whose works are estimated to cost Akz 700 million,  has 150 beds for maternity and the rest for the paediatrics ward.
