Angola writes off Mozambique's debt to 50 percent - Angola, Maputo - The Angolan Planning minister, Ana Dias Lourenço, reaffirmed Thursday, 23 September, in Maputo, Mozambique, the country's availability to settle the problem, as soon as possible, and reduce the USD 60 million debt owed by Mozambique to 50 percent.
